01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and 711cu ("711cu", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at711cu.cam (the "Platform"). 04 Registration & KYC Verification

To create an account, you are required to submit accurate, current, and complete information via the registration form, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, Malaysian mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You undertake to promptly update your account information if any details change.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is mandatory for all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request. 711cu reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or where unusual account activity is detected. Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• A clear, unaltered photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence.

05 Terms of Use

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: 711cu accepts deposits via the following payment channels: DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT (TRC20/ERC20). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within 60 seconds.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods in the same name as the registered account holder. Processing times are as follows:

All promotions are governed by specific bonus terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are credited inBonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one (1) welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible player. Players who create multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses will have all accounts suspended and funds confiscated.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sporting bets placed on the 711cu sportsbook — including pre-match bets, live in-play bets, Mix Parlay combinations, and Asian Handicap wagers on events such as EPL matches, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, UFC bouts, and other covered markets — are subject to the following rules:

• A bet is only confirmed once a bet receipt and reference number have been issued to the Player. 711cu accepts no liability for bets that have not been fully confirmed.
• In the event of manifest error in the display of odds or lines — including but not limited to eroneous prices caused by data feed malfunction or human input error — 711cu reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account.
• Live in-play odds are updated in real time and reflect the current state of play. Bets placed during technical disruptions or data feed delays may be subject to review and, where necessary, voiding.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to be correct for a return to be paid. Where a single selection is voided (e.g., due to match postponement), the parlay reverts to the next lower number of selections at the adjusted combined odds.
• For casino games, including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, and Dragon Tiger, game outcome results are final once the round is completed and settled in the gaming software. Disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised within 48 hours of the game session.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each market, table, or game will be displayed within the relevant section of the Platform and are subject to change by 711cu without prior notice.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 711cu Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without explicit authorisation.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or system errors to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or the use of criminally obtained funds to fund a711cu account. 711cu complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory and law enforcement bodies.
• Coluding with other players in live casino table games or attempting to communicate with third parties during live game sessions to gain an advantage.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party, or accessing another player's account without authorisation.
• Placing bets on events where the Player has prior knowledge of a fixed or manipulated outcome.
• Chargebacks, reversal of deposits, or fraudulent payment disputes against711cu. Such actions will result in account termination, recovery of all associated winings, and potential legal action.

10 Responsible Gambling

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 12 Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• The outcome of any bet, game, or wagering activity on the Platform;
• Reliance on any information, content, or promotions published on the Platform.

711cu does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are secure and suitable for accessing the Platform.

13 Account Termination

Termination by the Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting711cu customer support. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to pending bonus wagering requirements being forfeited.

Termination by 711cu: 711cu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9;
• Receipt of a chargeback or fraudulent payment dispute;
• Technical, regulatory, or legal reasons that require the closure of accounts in specific jurisdictions;
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 21 at the time of registration.

Where an account is closed by 711cu due to verified breach of these Terms, 711cu reserves the right to withold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited activity is confirmed, to forfeit all funds in the account without further obligation.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 711cu's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred first to 711cu's internal dispute resolution process.

Players are encouraged to raise any disputes or complaints via our customer support team in the first instance. 711cu aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
